A Cherry Dump Cake Recipe
I just tried a recipe for a Cherry Dump Cake last week and it was very good! It was probably one of the easiest desserts I’ve ever made. Here is the recipe.
1 21 ounce can Cherry Pie Filling
1 20 ounce can crushed pineapple, do not drain
1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup of chopped pecans
1 cup of coconut
1 ½ stick of butter
Grease a 9×13 inch pan.
Pour in a can of cherry pie filling and spread it evenly across the pan.
Pour in the crushed pineapple and spread that across evenly.
Pour dry cake mix evenly over the crushed pineapple.
Slice the butter and place the slices evenly over the cake mix.
Sprinkle the pecans and coconuts on top of the mix.
Place in the oven and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. It’s best when served warm.
